BOMA Greater Knoxville’s dynamic leadership is made up of 5 elected officers and an elected Executive Committee. The board consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and 5 members at large.

Casey Mynatt
President
Casey was in retail management for over 20 years before venturing into the property management side of the business. While in property management she assisted with the day-to-day operations and event planning for two larger upscale lifestyle centers totaling 1.5M sqft. Casey joined the Rackley Roofing team in 2018. Her main objective is fostering relationships and acquiring new business. She enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and working with other various non-profits. Casey attended Pellissippi State for Retail Consumer Science and later went back to focus in Communication.

Leslie Schuller
Vice President
Leslie is the Owner/Operator of PMI (Property Management, Inc) Knoxville. She started her property management career in the mid-1990s in administrative positions then moving into management with the largest privately held commercial real estate firm in the Chicagoland area and going on to manage architecturally significant, historically registered high-rise office buildings in Downtown Chicago. While there she began involvement with BOMA and with her BOMA Intl, RPA designation. Eventually she used her experience to climb the corporate ladder gaining roles in Facilities Management with several Fortune 500 companies such as CBRE and US Bank. Her relocation with US Bank brought her to Knoxville, TN where she remains involved in BOMA and the local real estate community. After 26 years of experience, she decided it was time to start her own company, PMI Knoxville. She enjoys all the independence and control that comes along with the challenges of working for herself in the sometimes tumultuous and unpredictable but always exciting and rewarding, real estate industry. She currently serves as VP, BOMA Board of Directors.

Amy Barnett-Mohr
Secretary
Recently retired as of July 2022, Amy’s career spanned four decades solely involved in the interior landscaping industry. Serving the East Tennessee area for over 35 years with the company she came here to work with in 1987, now known as Ambius, a Rentokil-Initial company. With a BS degree from Auburn University in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design, Amy’s expertise included designing beautiful interior gardens and plant displays, exciting holiday décor programs, colorful exterior containerized plantings and, ambient scenting, odor remediation and air hygiene programs for the commercial real estate market. These services benefitted commercial properties by truly enhancing their business environments improving site curb-appeal, occupancy, employee productivity and ultimately, the bottom line. Amy has served as a BOMA Board Member and Secretary numerous times and has been an active Vendor supporting BOMA Greater Knoxville since 2003.

Linda Redmond
Treasurer
Linda is currently a Property Manager, supervising a portfolio of commercial office buildings, with Providence Commercial Real Estate. Previously Linda worked for Cappiello Real Estate and is a long time member of the greater Knoxville area commercial property management community.
Linda has her A.S. in Marketing from Pellissippi State and has received her CPM designation.

Jordan Simmons
Jordan is the VP of Accounts and Operations for DPM Surface Care. He has been with the company for 18 years and is a Knoxville native. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from the University of Tennessee. Jordan is an active member at Sequoyah Hills Presbyterian Church. He currently serves as the Chair of Young Adult Ministries, coordinating fellowship and community outreach events. He is a member of the SHPC International Missionaries Committee. He is also a member and leader of a Disciple L.I.F.E. Group. He is married to Laura (Stair) and they have two children, Liv (4) and Jake (16 months).

Burton Cooper
Burton earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee.

Robby Vann FMP
Robby Vann Regional Manager Real Estate Services, Large Corporate Properties Mid-South, ENC and New England at UScellular. Loves a challenge in both my professional and personal life. Hobbies include jujitsu, bike riding and spending time with my friends. Old but not dead ….LOL.
Darryl Whitehead
General Manager
With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate property management, Darryl is a seasoned professional who has honed his skills in managing and maintaining properties in 5 states, to ensure they are operating at peak efficiency. Throughout his career, he’s gained a deep understanding of the complex nature of managing commercial properties, including lease negotiations, budgeting, and vendor management. He prides himself on the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met while maximizing the value of the property. With a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, and committed to providing top-notch service to my clients and delivering measurable results that exceed expectations.
