This committee is responsible for assisting with the annual dues renewal process, the development of marketing messages for prospective members, lead generation and outreach. The Membership Committee meets monthly from January – March and then every other month for the remainder of the year.
The Communications Committee manages the development and distribution of information to BOMA of Greater Knoxville members, the public, and others! This team is responsible for creating dynamic content for the website, newsletter, public relations, and social media.
The Tradeshow Committee is responsible for planning and organizing the Knoxville Facilities Tradeshow. This community event connects property managers and vendors that service the commercial real estate industry and helps to facilitate the understanding of new products and services in our market.
This committee is responsible for evaluating the nominees for our annual TOBY Awards, Property Manager of the Year, Vendor of the Year, and Community Art Program. Most awards will be presented at the Annual BOMA Awards luncheon in December so this committees duties are heaviest in September through December.
