PRINCIPAL REPRESENTATIVE
A Principal Representative is a commercial, corporate, or government real estate owner, investor, developer, manager, leasing or marketing specialist. If multiple property managers from the same company wish to join BOMA Greater Knoxville, one member is designated as the Principal Representative. Additional members pay discounted dues as a Principal Additional Representative. Membership in BOMA International is included with BOMA Greater Knoxville membership, expanding your professional network, educational opportunities and access to information.
ASSOCIATE REPRESENTATIVE
An Associate Representative membership is open to all manufacturers & sellers of products and suppliers of services for the commercial real estate industry. If multiple represenatives from the same company wish to join BOMA Greater Knoxville, one member is designated as the Associate Representative. Additional members pay discounted dues as an Associate Additional Representative. Additional members from the same firm as an Associate Representative. We currently have a wait list for Additional Associate memberships. Please reach out to one of our board members for additional information.
LIFE MEMBERSHIP
A life time membership may be awarded to those who have been a member of BOMA for more than 20 years and who are no longer eligible for membership due to retirement or other reasons.
