In this day and age people have a higher expectation of what creates a great property. With the evolution of technology such as: the internet, smartphones and instant access to unlimited forms of entertainment, the need for constant brain stimulation increases. So how can property managers increase the perception of their properties?
On June 14th, Amanda Gray, CPM presented on new and innovative ways Property Managers can Create Engaging Properties. Hosted at the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, attendees holding a Real Estate License received two continuing education credits for this course. After the class, BOMA of Greater Knoxville served attendees an Italian lunch buffet.
Amanda had a unique spin on increasing property perception through the use of the five senses: taste, sight, touch, smell and sound. While it may not seem like these can apply to a building, attendees learned that the types of products in your vending machines or the smells in your building can drastically alter tenant and their clients perception.
